By modifying the pot design of Boot interface26-11-101-20.
We have been able to reduce the pad weight from 145 gm /per shot to 60 gm/per shot resulting in saving of Rs. 11/-per shot in terms of compound. This has enabled us to absorb the increased cost of colored boot within the existing prices.
